Scent Pavilion

The scent pavilion acts as an interface between the public and the art and science of scent fabrication. Fluid simulations and branching networks act as a starting point for the organization of micro programs including scent fabrication, storage, and commercial sales. Operational envelopes composed of double layered performative membranes create controlled climates while a fiberglass structure both stabilizes the structure and disperses scents to specific chambers, providing a glimpse into the processes by which scents are created.
